Learn MoreThe purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability and effect of study drug LY3372689 in participants with early symptomatic Alzheimer's Disease.
Participants must have gradual and progressive changes in memory for at least 6 months
Participants must have MMSE score of 22 to 30 (inclusive) at baseline
Participants must meet 18F flortaucipir PET scan (central read) criteria
Participants must have a family member or close friend who is with the participant in study appointments in person or by telephone
Male participants must agree to use effective contraception
Participants must not have contraindication to MRI or PET scans
Participants must not receive current treatment with immunoglobulin G (IgG) therapy
Participants must not have cancer within the last 5 years
Participants must not have history of hepatitis B or Hepatitis C
