The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect, safety, tolerability, and how well mirikizumab absorbs into the body of pediatric participants with Crohn's disease.

Participants Must:

  • Have Crohn’s disease
  • Have failed a prior medicine to treat CD

Participants Must Not:

  • Have complications with CD

  • Have an abscess

  • Have any kind of bowel removal or abdominal surgery within 12 weeks of start of study
