The main purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of peresolimab in adult participants with moderately-to-severely active rheumatoid arthritis.

Key Requirements

Clinical trials have inclusion and exclusion requirements to determine which individuals qualify for participation. Listed below are key requirements for this clinical trial, but there may be additional requirements to qualify.

Participants Must:

  • Have a diagnosis of adult onset rheumatoid arthritis for at least 3 months

Participants Must Not:

  • Had cancer within the last 5 years, except for some types of skin cancer or cervical cancer
  • Had cervical dysplasia
  • Had certain types of infections within the last 3 months
  • Have HIV
  • Have current hepatitis virus B or C infection
