Key Requirements

Clinical trials have inclusion and exclusion requirements to determine which individuals qualify for participation. Listed below are key requirements for this clinical trial, but there may be additional requirements to qualify.

Participants Must:

  • Have moderate-to-severe chronic plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months prior to baseline

  • Able to swallow oral medication

  • Have at least 1 skin lesion for skin biopsy

Participants Must Not:

  • Had a significant flare of psoriasis during the 12 weeks before baseline

  • Have any other skin conditions

  • Have a current or recent acute, active infection

  • Have systemic lupus
