  • Have obesity or overweight

  • Have tried and failed at least one weight loss diet

Participants Must Not:

  • Have Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes

  • Have change in body weight of greater than 5 kg (11 pounds) within 3 months prior to start of study

  • Have acute or chronic liver disease
