Key Requirements

Clinical trials have inclusion and exclusion requirements to determine which individuals qualify for participation. Listed below are key requirements for this clinical trial, but there may be additional requirements to qualify.

Participants Must:

  • Have clinical laboratory test results within normal reference range

  • Have venous access sufficient to allow for blood sampling

  • Have Stable Body Weight and Body Mass Index in range of 27 to 45 kilogram per meter square

Participants Must Not:

  • Have type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus

  • Have a history or presence of psychiatric disorders

  • Have abnormal blood pressure and pulse rate

  • Have an abnormal 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG)
