The main purpose of this study is to determine if combining tirzepatide with mibavademab will result in more weight loss in adult participants than tirzepatide alone.

Key Requirements

Clinical trials have inclusion and exclusion requirements to determine which individuals qualify for participation. Listed below are key requirements for this clinical trial, but there may be additional requirements to qualify.

Participants Must:

  • Have obesity

  • Willing to learn how to self-inject study drug or have assistance to inject study drug

Participants Must Not:

  • Have a history of Type 1 diabetes mellitus or Type 2 diabetes mellitus

  • Have a change in body weigh over 5 kilograms within 3 months before starting the study

  • Have a history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2

  • Have acute or chronic hepatitis

  • Have a history of an active or untreated malignancy or are in remission for less than 5 years
