Learn MoreThe purpose of this study is to find out whether the study drug, LY4052031, is safe, tolerable and effective in participants with advanced, or metastatic solid tumors including urothelial cancer.
Have one of the following solid tumor cancers: Urothelial cancer, triple negative breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer (squamous cell cancer), head and neck squamous cell cancer or prostate cancer
Have stopped all cancer treatment and have recovered from the major side effects
Have blood test results that show that organs are working adequately
Have cancer that spread to the brain and is causing symptoms
Have uncontrolled increase in serum calcium levels
Have serious disorder of the eye
Have serious heart condition, or lung disease
Have serious skin toxicity when receiving enfortumab vedotin
Be pregnant, breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed during study or within 30 days of last dose of study intervention
