Key Requirements

Clinical trials have inclusion and exclusion requirements to determine which individuals qualify for participation. Listed below are key requirements for this clinical trial, but there may be additional requirements to qualify.

Participants Must:

  • Have body weight below 150 kg (330 lbs) and body mass index (BMI) within 30 to 40 kilograms per meters squared (kg/m²)

  • Have stable body weight that has not changed more than 5% for 90 days prior to screening

Participants Must Not:

  • Have a history of self-harm

  • Have a psychiatric disorder including major depressive disorder within 2 years of screening

  • Have abnormal stomach emptying or have had any form of stomach surgery

  • Intends to use weight loss medications while participating

  • Have diagnosed obesity from a hormone disorder, genetic inheritance, or syndrome
